Heather Jaeger, AGPCNP-C, completed her undergraduate studies at Johnson & Wales University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Wilkes University. She specialized in progressive and intensive care nursing, and was a rapid response team leader and charge nurse. This enabled her to develop the strong assessment skills needed to become a Nurse Practitioner. She returned to Wilkes University for her Master’s Degree for Nurse Practitioner. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and New York.
Heather began her career as a Nurse Practitioner at Bon Secours Hospital before joining Dingmans Medical Center. Heather’s passion to keep people out of the hospital helps her to educate her patients on preventive medicine and healthy lifestyle choices to improve overall health. She seeks to take the time to get to know her patients and tailors treatment plans specific to individual needs.
Heather lives in Milford and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at church and her local Rotary Club. Prior to her entrance into the medical field she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Equine Business Management and spent several years managing horse farms and training people to ride before returning to school to obtain her Master’s Degrees. She is delighted to provide care in her local community.
